I certainly cannot disagree with you. In my recent work I have asked SMEs to review the Context of there current now, and to start to review the influence and interest of the top stakeholders. It seems to me the risks right in front of us right at the moment are becoming so many that people's sight is getting a little blurry and potentially unfocused.
